Off-Roading at North Bay Nordic

I was talking with Kevin at Cycleworks today, he mentioned some planning in the works to continue with the off roading at NBNSC.  I’m happy that there is still interest to keep things going as it’s has potential to be a great venue for races.  The plan was for Wed 6 PM rides.  Hopefully more details will come out as the weather improves this spring!

Wed June 28th Off Road Race

Daniel Hill accepting his prize from North Riders, (Keith)We had another fun night of racing tonight, hot, humid and a little muddy.  A sprint finish between Aaron Thompson and Andrew Rees for the win ended in bar grabbing and smashing through the finish barriers for a photo finish.  An official protest has been lodged.

After the ugliness was all over and the barriers repaired, Keith from North Riders handed out some draw prizes to the younger racers.
